Dream and Stars is an entertainment and self-reflection tool. The AI-generated dream interpretations and astrology readings provided by Dream and Stars are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Dream and Stars is not a fortune-telling service, not a medical service, and not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on Dream and Stars readings.

All interpretations are AI-generated based on symbolic traditions and psychological frameworks. They represent one possible perspective, not objective truth or prediction.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream and Stars. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Dream and Stars uses a prepaid credits system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed per reading.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
• Free credits provided upon registration are for new users only and cannot be transferred.
• Credit prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Dream and Stars does not store payment card details.

When you submit dream descriptions or birth data to Dream and Stars:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Dream and Stars a limited licence to process your content to generate AI interpretations.
• You agree not to submit content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
• You acknowledge that your content may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.

You agree not to:

• Use Dream and Stars to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Dream and Stars platform.
• Resell or commercially redistribute Dream and Stars content without permission.
• Use automated means to access the service in ways that damage it.

Dream and Stars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream and Stars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dream and Stars in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominently posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Dream and Stars after changes constitutes acceptance.
